1/2 cup oil (olive oil and coconut oil work great)

Optional: essential oils of your preference ( Lavender, jasmine, rose)

Instruction to Make:

Find a clean container with a lid that you can spare for at least a few days until you've used all of your scrubs. This recipe makes at least about 2/3 cup of scrub, although you can double it to make more.

Make sure you put your choice of oil into the container. Pour 3 tablespoons of lavender body oil into your container.

You can also add 1-2 gel caps of vitamin E oil if you want to make this scrub even better for your skin. You might want to know that Vitamin E is great for skin tone improvement if used in the proper way can give awesome results for sure.

Crush up some dried lavender and mix it into the oil. Place the crushed lavender into the oil.

Pour in 1/2 cup of real sugar into this oil and Stir it up and use as needed. It would really be good if you can use brown sugar as it is effective in harshness in removing that excess dead skin from your skin.

If it's really dry, try adding half a spoon of oil. If it seems too wet, you can add more sugar. Mix all the ingredients well until both gets completely immersed in the other.

Use 1 tablespoon as needed in the shower. Scrub skin with the mixture and rinse well and this can make your skin feel like silk as most of the dead skin is removed out now by using this sugar scrub.

Bottom Line:

We believe your skin care is what we care about be sure about using this at least once a month. Not daily.
