If you belong to a group of busy living people, then all above remedies won’t work for you as they need some free time to perform.  So, cold water is the best remedy for busy living people.  Use fresh cold water to wash your face.  After waking up from the bed, just rinse off your face with cold water.

This must be bit disappointing as the water is a bit cold, but it works wonder for getting rid of puffy eyes.  It will constrict blood vessels so as to reduce the swelling.  Repeat it all throughout the day to see best results.

Drink lots of water

As always I say, water is liquid oxygen that promotes our survival on this earth.  Know the importance of it and include it as much as much can in our daily living.  Drink at least eight glasses of water every day. 

Take pure water and don’t replace with other useless liquids like sodas, coffees, sugar overloaded drinks etc.  The lack of water will send you and your body into the dehydrated state which literally resembles a bad condition. 

So in order to get rid of dehydration make sure to drink lots of water to keep you hydrated.  Drinking lots of water also helps you get rid of our main problem here “the puffy eyes”.

Salt

Deep fried foods, salts, pizzas, burgers, and all sorts of fast foods cause puffy eyes.  But, salt instead of taking into the stomach, if it is applied on face, it would yield good results.  Take ½ tbsp of salt and mix it with 1 quarter of water. 

Let the salt dilute for a while and dip a cloth or cotton into that solution.  Now place those cotton balls or cloth on your puffy eyes. Relax for at least 10 to 15 minutes.  The puffiness will disappear in no time.

Massage

Massage is one of the best ways to get rid of puffy eyes.  Massaging will help you relax from your tensions and worries.  Just make some free time out of your busy scheduled lives and give this massage a try. 

You will see miraculous results for sure.  Perform self-massage for your puffed eyes.  Don’t use your full force on it.  Your ring finger will do all the massage alone.  So, start massaging your puffed eyes using the ring finger slowly and gently.  Move your fingers in an arc shape.  Massage it for 10 to 15 times.  Do it every morning after you are done with your bed time.

Simple tips to prevent puffy eyes

Take two pillows and place them in such a way that your head should be in an elevated position.  This will do work as the fluid won’t get accumulated under the eyes to make them look puffy.

Most people have the habit of rubbing their eyes immediately after going to bed or immediately after coming out of bed. It is strictly recommended not to do so.  Don’t let your hands go on to your eyes.
