Addiction is not a common factor for all the people, however, it might be quickly possible who want to start it for fashion and go on as a passion and crazy for it. Today that slogan should include: “Smoke more towards a shorter life.” Ten years shorter, in fact.

I believe that this is the best comment that anyone can be scared of regarding beauty, women love their beauty very much and they simply cannot take the risk of beauty parameters. "Kill your beauty with smoking”.

Wrinkles your skin fast

You heard it right, smoking kills all the active cells in your body and starts killing your skin cells too which causes the problem of wrinkled skin and you look aged very soon.

Poor Skin Tone

Smoking deprives the skin which is filled with oxygen and nutrients and skin start looking pale and dull. It starts to look uneven like patches on different spots, as it also effects skin turned into dull and dark soon.

Rheumatoid arthritis

Women who start smoke are more likely to get rheumatoid arthritis (RA). This being an inflammatory, chronic disease, undergo serious swelling and pain in their joints.

Sagging Skin

You might wonder how this is because there are more than 4000 chemicals in tobacco and this might trigger the destruction of collagen and elastin in the body fibre and as it is common of losing the tightness on skin. As skin loses its elasticity, parts that were once firm may begin to droop. This includes the inner arms and breasts and you might want to see yourself just like that in the mirror would definitely scare you for sure.

Lines on your Lips

Lips are the sexiest parts, any one would love to check out, obviously as you smoke with puffing from your mouth, it is in general certain muscles around their lips that cause them to have dynamic wrinkles that non- smokers do not.

Damaged or Yellow teeth

Smile a mile I want to see is the comment that generally women love to hear from their loved ones, if once they start smoking it would certainly effect the teeth by making them look damaged or yellowish in colour.

Loss of Hair

Pregnancy

It is almost less chance for a women to conceive a baby in the womb of lady who smoke as this can also lead to certain disease at time of delivery if conceived which is called as crib death.

Smokers are more likely than non-smokers to go through menopause at a younger age, and they may have worse symptoms of menopause. This can also lead to severe complications in life.

Breathing

Teen girls who smoke have lungs that don’t grow as much as non-smokers’ lungs, and adult women who smoke have lungs that don’t work as well as non-smokers’ lungs.

Smoking is always dangerous to health, it might be men or women, we strongly recommend not to go for smoking or QUIT smoking as earlier as possible. Many methods are available for getting back from those habit.
