Who don’t lust for fair fairer skin, not only women, even men want to look fair and deserve to be fair? Few are born fair and are lucky to have that flawless fairy lustrous and radiant skin.

But some need to add few into a daily routine to get that flawless wow look and glamor to their natural beauty.

Getting a fairer skin is not all about getting facials done, using costly cosmetics and getting expensive treatments. This is all about taking care of oneself. Having proper diet, sleeping on time, taking appropriate omega 3 fatty acids, daily proper sleep, proper and timely eating, living style, food habits, walking, jogging, above all having peaceful mind, healthy heart and a happy living is a topper of the list.

Skin Protection:-

It is the very important thing that needs to be noted to protect your skin from sun, cosmetics and other elements like pollution, weather, and the environment.

UV Rays:-

Ultraviolet rays are too harmful to the skin; we just think of getting tanned and ignore the fact that ultraviolet rays damage that delicate skin. Those rays are not only harmful to skin but also make the skin dull, kill the jubilating cells, form pigmentation, wrinkling, tanning, and aging. It is very important that you need to protect your skin from sun rays.

Always choose a cream which has SPF (Sun protection formula) Spf should be minimum 20 in winter and rainy and above 20- 60 mph in summer to keep you protected from sun rays. It is important to note that you need to apply this every day irrespective of whether you are exposed to the sun or not whether you go out or not.

Note:-

Always apply moisturizer and on top of it the sun protection lotion. Apply this lotion half hour before you leave home. It takes 25 minutes to half hour to absorb that lotion deep into the skin.

Vitamin D:-

We were talking about protecting skin from harsh rays of the sun. Same time it is important that we need vitamin D for healthy skin. Vitamin D is directly available from sun rays.

We need to expose the skin to the sun for only those fresh delicate rays. Fresh delicate rays are available only in early hours. From 7 am to 7:30 am. Post these hours the rays get harder and sharper which will again damage the skin. So ensure that you expose the skin only in these fresh early hours for five to 10 minutes.

Lack of proper time will spoil your routine and abstract you from daily skin care. For those who don’t have much time to go for facial, cleansing, d tanning you can at least do a homemade cleaning, scrubbing and massaging at home. This will exfoliate your dead skin and keep your skin fresh and radiant.

What is CSTM?

CSTM is cleansing, scrubbing, toning, and moisturizing. How does it work on your skin? And why should you do it to keep your face healthy and radiant?

Cleansing:-

Cleaning the skin will make your skin remove all the dirt deeply from different layers of skin and make it smooth. You can use market available cleansers or simple milk.

You can go for goat milk or goat curd for excellent results.post the cleaning clean the face with a tissue or just wash off with cold water.

Pat Dry Skin:-

Scrubbing:-

Clean the face, this is to shed the dead skin and make your skin structure new restoring cells. You can do the cleaning methodology with business sector accessible items or with the homemade cleans. Here are few mixtures of handcrafted scours 

Cooked rice + sugar

Brown rice + sugar

Oatmeal + honey

Semolina + honey

Lemon + sugar + oatmeal

Honey + lemon + cooked rice

If you want to further go ahead and do a quick massage opt for an oil. Oils like almond oil, olive oil, tea tree oil, sesame oil and coconut oil are great for massaging. 

You can prepare quick massaging oil. In a clear bowl add few drops of almond oil in two tablespoons of olive oil and coconut oil. Add the mixtures together and add few drops of honey and two pinches of ground turmeric. Now massage in circular motion for about fifteen to twenty minutes.

You can use any fruit based massaging cream or papaya or banana or carrot. Here is a quick mixture for radiant skin.

Pick a bowl and add some papaya extract, add freshly squeezed carrot juice, banana mash, honey and few rose drops and milk. Make a paste and start massaging into the skin. This is not only for the facial skin, it can be applied all over the body for better results and required moisture. You can also add egg white for the face pack. Do not add egg white for massaging purpose.

Moisturizing:-

Moisturize the skin post these steps if it is a night you can just apply desired moisturizer and sleep or you can go for a variety of face pack as per your skin tone. If it is dry skin go for cream, milk or almond packs. It is it oily skin goes for fullers earth pack. If it is combination skin go for papaya or banana packs. You can go for fresh fruit pulp pack.

Vitamin c plays a vital role in building up the new cells of the skin. Always go for sweet lemon or lime for vitamin c. you can every now and then apply orange juice or lemon juice on face for about ten to fifteen minutes and wash off the face with Luke warm water.

Proper Sleep And Exercise:-

No matter how busy you are and how much you take care of your skin. It stands highly important that you need to give your body some activity like walking jogging, Zumba, aerobics, cycling, gym, meditation or yoga. Fitness not only brings beauty to your body but also to your skin. It will not only keep you energetic but also make you look radiant and flawless.

Now no matter how much you take care of your skin and exercise it stands highly important that you need to have a proper sleep of eight hours. How much ever you sleep you need to have positive energy and peaceful mind to make you look radiant and healthy.

Drink Adequate Water:-

Always remember that your glow rate of your skin is dependent on the ratio of water you consume. If not water any kind of liquid will help you flush off the toxins and make your skin glow.

Try having four liters of water a day and see the difference. Your skin will start shining right from the first day of your water therapy.

Always Remove Make Up Before You Hit Bed:-

Wash off after 15 minutes. You can do this once in a week.
