When an individual consumes medicine, and alcohol before going to bed, then it makes you feel exhausted in the morning and may cause morning fatigue. Medications and alcohol create a person feel sleepy because of its content.

The foods that do not let you sleep properly are spicy food, caffeine, fatty foods and many others.

If you are bearing from any disease like heart disease, diabetes, sleep disorder, etc. it is natural to feel tired, even after having a proper sleep. It's total because of the side effects of the disease.
8. Not having the right amount of sleep:
It is not healthy for anyone to sleep more or to sleep less. If you do not opt a right amount of nap, then it may cause day drowsiness.

1. Starting out the right amount of sleep and at a fixed time: An individual must go for the proper amount of sleep, which is 6-8 hours for a normal human body. Neither to sleep more nor to sleep less for your consistency. The timing to move to bed must be fixed and one must try to sleep in that time period only.
2. Ditch the electronics:
Electronic gadgets must be avoided before getting to bed. It is not good for you to use these gadgets before sleeping.
3. Try to sleep in the dark:
It is better to sleep in a morose and quiet room. This will develop your sleeping habit and will assist you to sleep nicely.
4. Improve drinking habits:
Before going to bed liquids such as alcohol and caffeine must be obviated. Alcohol causes morning drowsiness and caffeine gives energy and not let you sleep.
5. Avoid unhealthy food:
Foods having high sugar content, fat person food and spicy food must be avoided at bedtime. It is more salutary to have the dinner at least 2 hours before bedtime.
6. Eat healthy food:
The food rich in amino acids, antioxidants, proteins, and vitamins must be added to your diet. Food such as nuts, eggs, meat, fruits, green leafy vegetables and whole grains can be proved good for sound sleep.
It is better to opt these techniques because if you do not feel good, you will not be able to perform bits and bobs in a correct way. Don't be a butt of the joke and have a healthy sleep.
