Method – 1:

Prepare a half glass of Aloe Vera juice from the fresh part of Aloe Vera plant.  Now mix this juice with pulp and grinder it for a while.  Add same quantity of vegetable or fruit juice to the above solution.  That’s it, it is ready for drinking.


You can drink Aloe Vera juice directly if you love the taste of bitterness.  Don’t add any kind of sweeteners to the Aloe Vera juice.  It gives best results when it is taken without adding anything to it.

Method – 2:

Drink 1/2 cup of Aloe Vera juice every day in the morning and 15 minutes before   a meal.  This juice tastes bitter; you can mix it with honey which acts as healing agent.  Continue at least for a week or two.


You can take a teaspoon of Aloe Vera gel daily to end your overweight problem and it also kills germs that are present in the stomach.

Method – 3: (Aloe Vera with Lemon Juice)

Take pulp from Aloe Vera and squeeze some lemon juice into it.   Mix it well and drink it.  This solution works effectively in reducing weight.

Method – 4: (Aloe Vera Smoothie Recipe)

Ingredients required for this recipe includes:

1 cup of almond or coconut milk

Medium Aloe Vera leaf (approx. 1/2 cup), 1/2 cup each


Frozen blueberries

Mango chunks

 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil

1 handful of fresh basil and little honey


Maple syrup or Stevie (for sweetening option).

Mix it well and take it daily for a better result.

How to use Aloe Vera for Weight Loss:

Aloe Vera generally tastes bitter and it is recommended to take this by mixing it with either vegetable or fruit juice.
