There are so many ways to burn your fat and ways you are selecting have to justify completely in reducing fat from your body. Here we are providing how to burn your fat in the fastest way.

RUNNING

Running is fastest fat burning workout through which you can reduce fat easily.  You can continue running at least for an hour daily on a routine basis. Try this up for one month and see the results.

Continue running and increase your speed continuously. According to Medicine University, people who are running fast for four hours in a week reduce their fat easily when compared to not –runners.

The normal way of running does not allow you lose your fat more.  You have to keep some speed and try to complete within that speed and cover more kilometers.

1. STAY OFF THE SCALE

Maintain a scale to note the training program trained by your fitness trainer and eat in a right way so that you gain your muscle as well as lose fat.  Try to reduce at least five pounds of muscle.   Use diet balance guide that is provided by your trainer.

2. REDUCE YOUR CALORIES GRADUALLY

Our body will take some time to react.  Following proper diet does not include a starving body for food.  First of all, it is wrong method to start with. You need to cut down your calories by reducing the quantity and by changing type of food intake.  It will reduce metabolism and decreases your fat.

Slowly reduce your calorie count and it will help burn fat and maintains good metabolic rate. 

3. VARY YOUR CALORIC INTAKE

Try to lose fat from your body without lowering metabolism. Instead of taking same calories every day, change the amount of calorie intake every day.  Because our metabolic rate totally depends on our calorie intake.  If you restrict to same calorie intake every day, it won’t show much difference in weight graph. 

Concentrate on decreasing your metabolic rate. It depends on our hormones. Metabolic rate depends on Leptin levels. If leptin levels are high, metabolic rate is high and if it is less then the metabolic rate is low.

4. TRAIN WITH WEIGHTS

Studies also show that, unlike aerobic exercises, weight training increase muscle strength and decreases calories up to 39 hours after your workout.

5. DO HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVALS

 Select your favorite method in order to reduce fat.  Jumping rope is one such high-intensity workout.   After warm-up exercise, you can do jump rope as fast as you can for about 10-20 seconds.  Continue to do it daily in the early hours.

6. EAT MORE FAT

Take fat items like saturated fatty acids which are good for your body that helps build muscles.   After the workout, you will lose more energy because of muscle building.

There are few polyunsaturated foods which are rich in omega-3.  They are fish, and nuts and monounsaturated kinds, such as peanut butter, olive oil, egg yolk and fish oil.
