Discover Yourself With Yoga

When we came into this world we were born with our minds being at the most peaceful state. In today's world of chaos, stress, and unrest it is very easy to lose our sense of peace. Develop different habits that make it possible for you to intentionally move towards a state of peacefulness. Once you get to that state you will be able to do everything better, content, calm and happy.

Meditation

Start your day in peace. Practice meditation by finding a quiet spot, close your eyes and just focus on deep breathing. Try to have no other thoughts, just breath in, feel the goodness filling you and breathe out with the thought that all the negative energy in you is leaving you. Make this a habit that you repeat daily for as much time as you can spare or enjoy doing this routine,

Be intentional

Choose what you participate in - In your daily interactions, choose the ones that give you happiness, encouragement, satisfaction, accomplishment......I think you get the idea ..Just avoiding everything that is oriented towards anger, unhappiness, etc in itself will keep you peaceful and happy.

Choose good company

"You are the average of the five people that you spend the most time with" - Jim Rohn. Take this quote to heart and choose to spend time with people that bring out the best in you, encourage you, push you to achieve success, in short, keep good company.

Be Selfless

It's not just about yourself! Yes, there is a saying by Mindy Hale that goes like this “There is nothing more beautiful than someone who goes out of their way to make like beautiful for others." Be selfless in your acts of kindness, in the way you share love, in the way you care for people without any expectation. You will end up make you life and the life of others more beautiful, every day.

Think beyond material things

Don’t be material in you thought. Understand that greatness is not found in possessions, power, position or prestige. Rather, greatness is in goodness, humility, service a. character. All of that brings you inner peace.

Do what you Love

Find what you love and do it! Think about what makes you happy and what you love to do and give it your all. As Steve jobs said "Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else life. Don’t be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking.

Sent let the noise of others opinions drown out your inner voice. And most important to remember is to have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary." This also applies to your inner peace. are the only person who knows what will keep you centered and .I'm and keep your inner peace. Find that inner peace because there is nothing more important to you.

Make it a great life!!
