Ingredients required for this recipe includes:

1 cup of almond or coconut milk

Medium Aloe Vera leaf (approx. 1/2 cup), 1/2 cup each


Frozen blueberries

Mango chunks

 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil

1 handful of fresh basil and little honey


Maple syrup or Stevie (for sweetening option).

Mix it well and take it daily for a better result.

How to use Aloe Vera for Weight Loss:
