Pranayama for Weight Loss

People love to be fit.  It is an undeniable truth.  For being fit, they bring the earth and sky to a place.  They keep their soul and heart into it to maintain their shape.  They starve themselves without food.  They do extremely difficult exercises to burn the fat.  They run miles in order to lose the extra calories.  They hit the gym every day.  What not, they do everything they can do to be fit.

But few pass and most of them fail.  Pass because they did it with utmost determination and fail because they cheat themselves in the name of doing all the above-mentioned stuff.  At the present time, people have stopped loving hard working.

They now love to be smart and do smart work on hard work.  They love to simply the things with their mind instead of keeping their body to work for unlimited hours.  Everything has changed.  But when it comes to weight loss, people mindset is one and the same for years.  They believe that spilling their sweat itself can burn their calories.
The same people who find ways to do the assigned work in a smart way, takes a wrong and difficult step in this weight loss scenario.  This smart way I am going to share is from the time of our ancestors.  It is obvious to know that ancestors are the best teachers who teach us with smart work that yields best of best results.

The smart way that our ancestors gave us to keep us fit without spelling much of sweat is “YOGA” and “PRANAMAYA”.

Pranamaya is one of the ancient types of weight loss regimen.  It has many benefits.

Benefits of Pranamaya:-

These days’ people are suffering from lack of resistance power.  They tend to fall sick in no time just because of lack of resistance power.  These Pranamaya’s help us to keep up the resistance power and make us strong from the bones.

Pranamaya is nothing but a breathing exercise that helps us to get rid of unwanted weight and calories without much hard work.  It is all about breathing, breathing, and breathing.  Breathing has a great effect on weight loss.

Taking breathe deeply will fill your lungs with fresh oxygen which will be transferred to all the cells present in the body.  This ultimately increases the oxidation level and thereby burns the fat cells that are stored in different areas of our body.

Breathing also increases oxygen levels in blood and reduces the rate at which carbon dioxide leaves the body.  This will help us to gain more energy and thereby we perform more workouts.

Breathing exercises or pranamaya helps in increasing our metabolism rate.  The metabolism rate is controlled by the thyroid gland present in our body.  Taking deep breath will help release more hormones from thyroid gland and thus increase the metabolism rate.  This will ultimately lead to weight loss.

The important point here is that, pranamaya can keep you away from thyroid related diseases like hypothyroid and hyperthyroid.  The deep breathing will help keep thyroid gland at its best phase where it generates good metabolism rate.

The proper functioning of thyroid gland and good metabolism rates will keep you away from thyroid disorders.

Not just these benefits that Pranamaya offers, there are many other useful benefits by doing Pranamaya.  Let us know what different breathing exercises that will help us lose our weight in a healthy way are.
