What Are Nuts?

Nuts are the tasty foods that are available in our daily life.  They are not only intended for taste purpose but also consists of many nutrition for our healthy life.  Daily intake of these nuts in a mild quantity will help us to lead our lives away in the better way, keeping many diseases away from us.

What are The Benefits?

Nuts belong to tree family and there are different types of nuts available which we can include in our daily food, such as walnuts, cashews, Brazil nuts etc.  Each of its kinds has their own unique qualities in fighting the disease- causing factors in our own body.  

Nuts consist of rich proteins, energy, mineral, vitamins, antioxidants, omega-3 and a lot more.  They help us by lowering cholesterol, maintaining heart rate, controlling weight, controls blood sugars, and also fighting with dangerous diseases like heart attack, cancer etc.  Nuts have high fiber within them itself. 

The quantity of Intake?

Some people try to take them by frying them and adding salt or sugar or spicy, which I must say, is not the way to get complete benefits from them.  So, it is better to prefer them raw itself and I believe that they do taste good.  By eating them, will definitely makes you feel as if you are full and also I am not suggesting to eat nuts completely by avoiding other foods. 

I am trying to just let you know that just 1 to 2 ounces of your daily food that fulfill the nutrients and energy that is not available in our daily food, which is indeed necessary to perform our daily activities.

Nuts help in treating different types of cancers like breast cancer, prostate cancer, and much more.  Daily usage of nuts in cancer patients for a while, will slower the growth of tumor cells than compared with the effects from medications.  Instead if we start taking them before itself will definitely reduce the chances of getting cancer.

Omega-3 fatty acids in them and fiber will automatically reduce bad cholesterol from accumulating in arteries which indeed will lead to heart attacks, obesity, and many more disease.  Thus, it will reduce the risk of cardiac-related problems.

Nuts have a unique quality that will have their impact on the male reproductive system.  They will raise the quality of sperms and also helps in their motility and shape, which is the major affecting factor for better reproduction.

• Improves Brain:-

The neuroprotective compounds that are immense in nuts will help in improving brain stability.  Limited intake of nuts during adult age, will increase the inferential reasoning in adults and helps in enhancing motor and cognitive function.

• Diabetes:-

As we have already came to know that the nuts help in reducing blood sugars with the help of antioxidants, will automatically reduce diabetes problems.  They also produce insulin, which indeed is the hormone that is produced by our brain that will control liver function which will definitely lead to control blood sugars that indeed will reduce diabetes.
