Ginger tea is prepared with fresh out of garden ground ginger. It should be thoroughly washed first. Remove the integument and great it to small fine particles. In a pot boil the hot water and add ginger particles to it, let it boil for ten to twelve minutes and stain it to a clear solution. Now add a few drops of pure and clear honey to the mixture.

You can have this daily as a favorite drink. You can have this right before the breakfast or post the mid-day meals or even after or before dinner. You can have this as an evening refreshment tea too. It’s a power pack drink.

Ginger can be grated or grinded along with honey and set to put under sunlight. You can put under sunlight till it gets hard. You can use this as a medicine daily in the morning. Or you can have it whenever you are unwell.

Ginger can be consumed directly by adding a bit of salt. You can add little ginger in any morning beverage or juice, it becomes amazingly great. You can add lemon and ginger in sugar cane or papaya juice to make it a powerful juice.

You can add ginger along with garlic in daily dishes or pickles to make it a flavorful cuisine which will be not only yummy but healthy.

Honey is a power pack and amazing super food.  It gives super instant energy and boosts immunity and metabolism. It is helpful for sore throats, infected and bacterial wounds, and digestive issues.

Honey can treat you from inside out and outside inside, you apply it or you consume it both ways it is great. Whenever there is a wound applies a pinch of turmeric mixed in honey, it immediately gets healed in a day or two.  Generally, sweetener comes   in many forms but using honey in desserts and salads can be very beneficial.
