You can make one cup of barely water and add honey as well as lemon juice to it and drink it at regular intervals.

6. Yogurt

It is one of the best effective remedy for dehydration that is caused due to vomiting and diarrhea. So, eat at least 1 cup of yogurt few times in a day. You can even add little amount of cottage cheese to it if you want. You can also have plain yogurt with rice added with little amount of salt. 7. Coconut Water

The high electrolytes present in coconut makes it a powerful hydrating drink. Don’t worry about drinking coconut water as it is low in sugar and calories. So, drink coconut water from tender coconut at least few times daily and you can see very quick results from it as it gets absorbed in to your cells soon.

8. Broths

Broths as well as the broth soups are also useful for hydrating. They can refill the body with lost minerals as well as fluids. To enhance the hydrating effect, you can add radish, celery and zucchini to your soup.
