Coconut oil is very famous edible oil.  It acts as a massage oil and also as a hair tonic.   Coconut oil is very good for both skin and body. It does not contain any chemicals. It is taken from coconuts which come from natural sources.  In some areas, they prefer to use coconut oil for beneficial uses. 

In olden days, people used to use coconut oil for maintaining healthy skin.  It has way too many benefits on skin.

Coconut oil consists of saturated fatty acids, Capric /Caprylic/Lauric acid, Vitamin-E, and Proteins. Let’s see the composition and usage of coconut oil for our skin.

Saturated fatty acids:

Coconut oil keeps our skin smooth because it consists of fatty acids and triglycerides. It helps in keeping our skin smooth and moisturized.   It helps in opening up of the pores face.  Applying it before going to bed will help keep your skin smooth.  It also helps in improving your skin tone.

Capric /Caprylic/Lauric acid: 
Coconut oil acts as an anti-agent in healing wounds. These three acids contain antimicrobial properties which help in healing wounds.  It has high immune systems that consist of mono capris and mono laurins.  You can take coconut oil internally which helps you in improving the anti-immune system which is having high micro bacterial properties.

Capric, Caprylic, and Lauric acid which are having antibacterial properties helps in boosting energy levels and are very immune to systems. In order to reduce your fat, you have to lose weight. 

Coconut oil does not contain any cholesterol.  So intake of coconut oil would be of much help in reducing weight.  It is also used in massage for strengthening muscles and bones. It gives tight grip for muscles and joints.
